Rockwell automation was awarded the MES program award as a leader in the magic quadrant of manufacturing execution systems:
Rockwell automation recently announced that it has been named a leader in the "magic quadrant of manufacturing execution systems (MES)" by Gartner. This is the second year in a row that rockwell automation has won the award. Gartner, the world's leading information technology research and consulting firm, evaluates vendors in each of the magic quadrants based on vision integrity and execution, evaluating 16 companies based on 15 metrics. Rockwell automation has risen in both execution and vision integrity rankings since the 2018 report.
"It is rockwell automation's vision to drive the digital transformation of the industrial sector, and we have developed a variety of innovative products to do so. This year, the company was again ranked as a leader in Gartner's magic quadrant with MES solutions, which fully demonstrates our vision and efforts."
John Genovesi, senior vice President of automation enterprise customers and software at rockwell, said, "we are committed to helping our customers on their digital transformation journey, to help them more efficiently meet the data needs of their operations teams, and to optimize the plant floor for a scalable production management environment. We are pleased to be recognized by this authority and to be well received by our customers worldwide."
